Installations

Garage Door Canada Inc. will correct any occurrences of defective workmanship, with no fee charged to the customer, within one year of our installation of doors and/or openers. This warranty includes defects in labour only, as warranty for defects in products are covered by their manufacturer. However, any labour involved in the replacement of a defective product, within the manufacturer’s warranty period, will be carried out by Garage Door Canada Inc., free of charge, within one year of our installation.

Garage Door Canada Inc. warranty policy does not apply to defects caused by accidents unrelated to our installation such as misuse, natural disasters, abuse etc. Warranty also does not apply to any product which has been tampered with, adjusted, or repaired by anyone not representing Garage Door Canada Inc.

Repairs

Garage Door Canada will correct any occurrences of defective workmanship, with no fee charged to the customer, within three months of our maintenance, part replacement, or any other operational corrections of doors and/or openers. This warranty includes defects in labour only, as warranty for defects in products are covered by their manufacturer. However, any labour involved in the replacement of a defective product, within the manufacturer’s warranty period, will be carried out by Garage Door Canada Inc., free of charge, within three months of our repairs.

Garage Door Canada Inc. warranty policy does not apply to defects caused by accidents unrelated to our repairs such as misuse, natural disasters, abuse etc. Warranty also does not apply to any part of the door and/or opener which has been tampered with, adjusted or repaired by anyone not representing Garage Door Canada Inc. Warranty on repairs applies to the specific part(s) operated on by Garage Door Canada Inc. only.
